Steve accelerated up the national and global sales ladder in a blue-chip IT services organisation that sold software, hardware, cloud-based services, networking solutions and professional services to organisations of all sizes across all industries (including private and public sectors). He directly led teams ranging from 8 to 1,000 sales people and won ground breaking deals around the world.

With over 20 years’ experience in technology-based solution selling, he has won numerous awards for selling (including sales person of the year and a President’s club trip to Hawaii in his first year of his selling career in a global organisation with over 10,000 sales people).

Steve founded Sterling Chase in 2003 and the company has delivered high impact sales development programmes to some of the largest IT companies around the world.
